CSYC maintains a strong presence at regional arts festivals, ensuring exposure of our brand and website to +5,000 families each October.
Booklet ad deadlines are Nov 20 for winter concerts and April 1 for spring concerts. Season Sponsorships received after Nov 20 will be applied to the full following calendar year.

Sponsors of every level enable our concerts and community events to remain free and fund our need-based choir tuition assistance and scholarships, ensuring equitable access to the high quality programs of City Singers Youth Choirs.
The cost of producing each free family concert is approximately $5,000 and includes the booking fees of professional musicians, featured artists, venue, audience educational materials, and recording. These sensory-friendly concerts are designed for music lovers of all ages and abilities, and small children and friends with special needs are especially welcome. There is something for every music-lover in our concerts, including performances from the best professional musicians, cultural and historical connection, and most especially the gorgeous music sung by youth from throughout the Richmond community.
The program costs of our performing choirs include highly qualified instructional staff, educational materials, sheet music, uniforms, and administration. This program provides the foundation for all other programs of City Singers Youth Choirs, and costs approximately $30,000.
Our community music making events bring active music making experiences to area locations like Children’s Museum of Richmond, the Folk Festival, area art and history museums, community centers, and schools. Each of these events cost approximately $500, and are held four times a season.
